Jennifer Ledet has helped hundreds or organizations transform their businesses from the inside out. Working with leaders from the C-Suite to the Front Line, Jennifer offers enlightening programs that engage and inspire participants – and that get RESULTS!

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Jennifer enjoyed a career in Human Resource Management, serving as Human Resources Director and other increasingly responsible HR positions. She has held leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, overseeing the work of hundreds of employees. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with an emphasis in Personnel Administration from Nicholls State University, as well as a Certificate in Training and Development from the Workforce Learning and Performance Center at the University of Southern Mississippi. Jennifer is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), by the Human Resources Certification Institute and serves as an instructor with the University of Southern Mississippi Training and Development Certificate Program.

Ms. Ledet has authored hundreds of articles on leadership and management, and writes monthly columns that appear in several business publications. Jennifer has seen first-hand the results of leaders not having the tools and training that they need to be successful. She is passionate about working with organizations that understand the importance of developing their leaders and that want to set them up for success. Drawing on her experiences in leadership, Jennifer uses real-world examples and powerful stories (some with a Cajun twist) to ensure that participants discover new ideas, develop practical techniques, and have fun in the process!

In her work with such organizations as John Deere, State Farm Insurance, Wood Group, Glazer’s Distributors, and Louisiana State University, Jennifer provides take-home value that can be applied immediately in her consulting, workshops, and as a keynote speaker.

Jennifer and her husband live in Thibodaux, (in the heart of “Bayou Country in South Louisiana), with their three children and their golden retriever, Tabasco. Jennifer is an avid reader and a self-confessed “bookaholic”. She loves to travel, to sneak away to their “camp” at the beach, and get together with friends over a big pot of boiled crawfish.
